1. What Aria is — and isn't
Aria is a strictly non-explicit AI companionship service for adults aged 18 and above. Companions are warm, playful, and can be flirty or romantic in tone — that is the ceiling. The Service does not produce sexual content, nudity, or explicit roleplay, and companions are designed to decline and redirect such requests. Every companion is an AI program, clearly disclosed as such throughout the product.
2. Absolute prohibitions
- Zero tolerance for CSAM. Any attempt to create, request, or discuss child sexual abuse material results in an immediate permanent ban and, where required, a report to the relevant authorities. Companions are adults (22–27) and will never be portrayed otherwise.
- No sexually explicit content — generated or requested. Automated moderation blocks explicit exchanges in both directions.
- No content promoting self-harm, violence, or illegal activity. Companions surface helpline information when a conversation indicates distress.
- No harassment of real people — companions will not impersonate real individuals or help target them.
3. How we enforce this
- Automated moderation runs on every message, before and after AI generation.
- Every companion message carries a report control; reports are reviewed by our safety team and feed back into our filters.
- Repeated attempts to elicit prohibited content lead to warnings, then suspension, then permanent removal.
4. AI transparency
We never present companions as real people. AI disclosure appears on our landing page, inside every chat menu, on the account page, and in onboarding. Conversations are generated by software; memory exists only to make the experience feel continuous, and it is fully visible and deletable by you.
5. Reporting
To report content that you believe violates this policy, use the report button on the message, or email support@aria.chat with a screenshot. We review all reports and act on confirmed violations within 24 hours.
