Terms of Service

1. What Aria is

Aria ("the Service", "we", "us") is an entertainment service that provides conversational AI companionship. The Service is operated by ENYO Digital Services, and references to "we" or "us" mean ENYO Digital Services. Every companion available on the Service is a computer program powered by artificial intelligence. Companions are not real people, do not have feelings, and do not form real relationships. Conversations are generated by software and are provided for entertainment purposes only.

2. Eligibility — 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating a profile, chatting with a companion, or making any purchase, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We verify age before chat and before checkout. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their access and delete their data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• attempt to obtain sexually explicit content from the Service — the Service is strictly non-explicit and companions will refuse such requests;
• use the Service to harass, threaten, or generate content that harms any real person;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or interfere with the Service, or circumvent age verification or safety systems;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your age or identity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a pro-rata refund of any unused paid period where required by law.

4. Not a substitute for professional help

Companions are not therapists, counsellors, doctors, or financial advisers. Nothing a companion says is professional advice. If you are in distress or experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a helpline such as KIRAN (1800-599-0019) in India.

5. Subscriptions, gems and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees. All prices display the base price, 18% GST, and the total you pay before you confirm any purchase. Gem packs are one-time purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel in one click from your account page and you will not be charged again after cancellation. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Your content and data

You retain rights to the messages you send. You grant us a limited licence to process them to operate the Service (generating replies, maintaining companion memory, safety moderation). You can view and delete what a companion remembers about you at any time, and you can delete all of your data from your account page. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Questions or grievances: write to our grievance officer at grievance@aria.chat (see our Contact page). We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer forum rights you hold under Indian law.
