Are the companions real people?
No. Every companion on Aria is artificial intelligence — there is no human on the other side of the conversation, ever. We disclose this throughout the product, and companions will never claim to be human.
What exactly is Aria?
Aria is an AI companionship entertainment service. You chat with AI companions who have distinct personalities, remember what you share, and text with a natural, human-like rhythm. It is digital companionship for entertainment — not a dating service, and it does not introduce you to real people.
Is the content adult or explicit?
Aria is for adults 18+ but is strictly non-explicit. Companions can be warm, playful, flirty, and romantic — that is the ceiling. Sexual content, nudity, and explicit roleplay are not permitted and are blocked by automated moderation. See our Content Policy.
How does billing work?
Premium plans are priced transparently in INR (from ₹99/month) with GST added at checkout and a GST invoice issued for every payment. The exact amount, tax, and total are shown before you pay — no hidden charges, no surprise renewals at different prices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In one click: go to Account and choose Cancel. No calls, no forms, no retention hoops. Your Premium benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for.
What is your refund policy?
First-time subscription purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days. The full terms, including how to request one, are in our Refund Policy.
What does “memory” mean and what does she remember?
Each companion keeps a private memory of facts you share in conversation — your name, your interests, things you told her about your week — so future chats feel personal. Memory is per-companion and fully transparent: open the Memory page to see every stored fact.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete individual memory facts or a companion's entire memory from the Memory page at any time, and you can request full account data deletion via support@aria.chat. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
How is my privacy protected?
Conversations are private to your account and are never sold. We store only what is needed to run the service, and our Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why, and for how long.
What languages do companions speak?
English today — including comfortable Hinglish with our companions from India. Broader language support is on the roadmap.
How do I report something inappropriate?
Every companion message has a report option — tap the flag icon (or “Report a message” in the chat menu), pick a reason, and our team reviews it. You can also write to support@aria.chat.
